We will post your item(s) within 3 working days after payment has cleared, unless alternative pickup or delivery arrangements are agreed.
Where possible we will recycle or reuse packing material to avoid waste and to keep packing costs down. As lovers or fine woodwork and antique tools ourselves, we will take great care to safely pack all items. In some cases, we will dissasemble tools to ensure they arrive safely. (Please feel free to contact us if you need advice for reassembling tools)

We use flat rate postage costs that include a packing & handling fee & insurance. Postage prices are calculated using Australia Post rates. Where possible we will combine shipping.
Once shipping documentation has been lodged you will receive a tracking number for you to follow progress. Unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post once shipped but if you feel your order is excessvely delayed please contact us at phil@twissfinewoodwork.com.au with the invoice and tracking number included in the subject line.
